We know what happened was wrong. We know we were left carrying things we never should’ve had to carry. Maybe it was addiction, abuse, narcissism, poverty, chaos- but regardless of what it is the result is always the same- it’s generations of women who learned to abandon themselves to survive

Our mothers and grandmothers were carrying things so heavy, so painful, so fucking impossible, they had no choice but to numb it, bury it, distract from it, or keep moving.

And now we’re carrying the aftermath: perfectionism, scarcity, burnout, anxiety, anger, abandonment, detachment.

We know this didn’t start with us.

But we’re ready for it to end with us.

The First Daughter is the journey of becoming the bridge between what was, what will be, and what will never happen again.

The woman who transforms pain into wisdom, survival into freedom, and inheritance into legacy.

I broke my first curse at 10 years old...

I was raised in addiction, violence, homelessness, hunger, and chaos. I became a survivor, a peacekeeper, an overachiever, a people-pleaser, and a lone wolf- because I had to.

At 10, I walked into a police station instead of school and told them everything about my family. I got myself and my baby sister out because our lives depended on it.

But surviving the chaos didn't mean I was free from it.

For years, I carried the anger, anxiety, control, and resentment with me. I couldn't let go of my past. I couldn't forgive them for what they did. I didn't know how to be anything other than the girl who survived.

Until a few years ago, I decided to choose differently.

I went to therapy. I did the inner-child work. I built a business. I found my faith. I learned to live audaciously, vulnerably, and bravely. Nothing like anyone in my family ever had before.

And then, I became a mother. And suddenly, breaking the cycle wasn't just about me anymore.

I had a whole new reason to make sure the shit I'd survived didn't become something I handed down.

Motherhood cracked something wide open in me.
For the first time, I wasn't just looking backward at where I came from or forward at what I wanted to create.
I saw myself standing in the middle.

I realized I didn't just want to heal my story.

I wanted to make sure I didn't hand the same story to my child.

I've been breaking curses for years.

Now I'm teaching other women how to do the same to heal our collective motherhood-the future of our humanity.

Because you can honor where you came from without becoming what came before you.

You can be the first woman in your family to choose differently.

And rewrite the entire bloodline.
